Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states.  ~  Carol Welch

Classes are held every Friday at 5.30 - 6.30 pm at the Scount Hall, Braemar Lane, Waipu
Energy Dance Fitness focuses on the art of breathing to strengthen and stretch the entire body releasing toxins and rejuvenating the flow of energy around the body.
I use my training as a Zumba instructor to create dances that are fun, invigorating and suitable for all ages and abilities.
