Emotional Intelligence is about feelings – or ‘F’ words as I like to call them.  

Your body is designed to resonate with your soul.   Feelings are your body’s way of letting you know that the connection with your soul has been affected – that the positive or negative energy it is dealing with is impacting your state of mind and physical body.

When you Feel Bad – the body prepares itself to survive releasing adrenalin and cortisol to deal with a stressful situation releasing negative, high density, low frequency energy that makes you fell heavy and lacking in energy.

When you Feel Good however, the body is pumped with adrenalin, dopamine and endorphins; positive, low density, high frequency energy that make you feel light and bouncing with energy.

Get to know your ‘F Factors’ and learn how to manage and control them in a way that has a positive energisng affect on the connection with your soul - so you're smiling from the inside out.
