The energetic level of the &lsquo;F.A.T&rsquo; &trade; you produce affects the weight of the matter your body carries; physically and metaphorically.&nbsp; <br /><br />    Start a &lsquo;F.A.T journal&rsquo;.&nbsp; Make notes, drawings, cut out pictures of everyday things you notice; things that you may have previously taken for granted to increase your awareness of what make you feel good.&nbsp; <br /><br />    These feelings are energy in motion;
